As a rapidly growing start-up there is a lot of recruitment work to be done and we want your vision and guidance on how to hire, onboard and retain the very best.

In this role you’ll:

Build our employer brand.
Lead the strategy for people, culture and human resources.
Design and deliver HR systems and processes.
Take charge of our internal talent acquisition.
Optimise the employee lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding through to growth and development.
Manage employee relations and guide the leadership team in compliance and excellence.
Manage the HR and workplace solution provider.
Scope to build a team as we grow.

About you
Tertiary qualification in Business/Human Resources or a related discipline.
Proven experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategies.
Extensive experience managing a broad range of HR matters, ideally with some exposure to start-ups.
A drive to create and build a people strategy that supports business objectives.
Attention to detail, project and priority management skills and excellent communication skills.
